Art Specifications

Preferred Programs and Formats

We use the Adobe Suite of programs to assemble our files for production.

Image Resolution

300 dpi at 100% size minimum

Fonts

Supply with artwork. If possible, convert type to outlines (Illustrator, etc.).

Finished Size

We offer a variety of shapes and sizes. Our basic card and key tag sizes are:

• Card: 2-1/8” x 3-3/8”
• Key Tag: 1-1/8” x 2-5/8” OR x 2-1/8”

Do not run text or critical artwork to the die cut edge.

Bleeds

Bleeds are necessary. Please make sure that your artwork extends at least ¼” past the die cut edge.

Reverse Lettering

All reverse art including line type must be large enough to prevent fill-in on press. Reverse type should be in a Sans Serif font (e.g. Helvetica, Avant Garde, etc.)

Colors

Printing is in either a 4-color process (CMYK) or spot color (Pantone) format. Spot colors should be indicated using the Pantone Matching System.

FTP

If you are not able to use our form, we can provide FTP information to transfer files to our server.

Production Note

Missing fonts, graphics, and images may delay the production of your cards.
